Joshua Carroll

During Josh’s time as CFT as project architect, he has undertaken the role of working closely with the clients and stakeholders of projects making sure the planning of projects is suitable to our client’s requirements, his most notable projects being Mutley court gardens and Mending of the mind.

At CFT, Josh has pioneered projects focusing on his architectural ethos through creating for the community providing habitation and facilitation for the people as well as his own envision of architecture as a social construct and being for the people. Josh has taken over as the social media secretary for the CFT social society, overseeing the marketing that the company, and promoting events that the society organise such as social events, guest appearances from world-renowned lectures, and exhibitions within the local community. Before becoming a Founding Member at CFT, Josh has several years of experience as a building services consultant, working for AWA Building Services Consultants in Essex, England most notably leading the service design for Pinewood Studio’s renovations. Joshua graduated from the University of Plymouth alongside his colleagues at CFT, building on a partnership they have developed from the age of 18.

In his spare time, Josh is an avid footballer playing non-league football. He enjoys spending his summers going on fishing tours to the south of France with friends and family.
