Off the Bench is a sports care and physiotherapy centre that is connected to a mental health facility for current and past military personnel. Using large timber joists to create visually appealing facades, offering a sense of privacy for the patients who occupy the program. Off the Bench aims to tackle mental health through the social prescribing of team sports, as well as gaining use from the local schools and sports teams in the area.
